    Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for the Freddie Ford Family Foundation (FFFF).  Please read the following instructions carefully before completing your application:

    1. Complete all sections of the application.

    2. Provide prior volunteer or board experience where applicable.

    3. Indicate any personal or professional ties to autism.

    4. Highlight fundraising, event planning, and sponsorship experience.

    5. Attach a resume or additional materials if available.

    Mission: The Freddie Ford Family Foundation connects with and supports families impacted by autism by providing resources, inclusive events, educational programming, and advocacy.

    Board Requirements:

    - Attend monthly board meetings and committee meetings as needed

    - Actively participate in fundraising initiatives and give/get contributions

    - Support signature events such as Trivia Night and Heroes for Autism 5K & Mile

    - Secure donations, sponsors, and community partners

    - Provide oversight and guidance to ensure mission and vision success

    Commitment: 3-year term with active participation in meetings, events, and fundraising efforts.
