    CSPDWeek will take place June 15-19, 2026 at Indiana University in Bloomington.

    To submit this application, you will need to choose your top 3 workshop choices for CSPDWeek. See the Workshop Catalog for descriptions.

    You will also need to upload a signed Admin Support Form. Use the link to download a copy of the form for your administrator to sign.

    This application form should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis every 3 weeks. If you are accepted, we will follow-up later this spring with the registration form.

  • VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By voluntarily registering and attending the CSTA and Nextech event, I acknowledge I voluntarily assume any and all risks involved, including those related to transmission of COVID-19 at in-person events, and I further agree not to hold CSTA, Nextech, or any of their affiliates, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) liable for any illness, injury or damages arising out of my registration for, attendance at or participation in any CSTA or Nextech event. I further acknowledge and understand the following: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Participation in the CSTA and Nextech event includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While safety guidelines, precautions and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly, unequivocally and freely assume all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, even if transmission or illness occurs from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the CSTA and Nextech event, including any injury, harm or loss caused by the negligence, willful and wanton conduct, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.

    WAIVER OF ALL KNOWN & UNKNOWN CLAIMS. I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or volunteerism with CSTA and Nextech, and I willingly engage in CSTA and Nextech events. In exchange for the mutual benefits and consideration herein, I do hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge any and all known and unknown claims that I might have arising out of my registration for, attendance at or participation in any CSTA or Nextech event.
