existing profile on the Arise® Platform or who have previously serviced under another Service Partner.

The Arise® Platform does not allow multiple profiles, even with a new email. Because of this restriction:

Network: Wired Ethernet connection only (no Wi-Fi). USB or 3.5mm headset required.

Peripherals: USB headset with noise-cancelling mic (recommended); working webcam for certain classes.

Paid Certification Training:

Most training programs require 30–60 hours of live Zoom time over two to four weeks.

Typical paid certification earnings range from $150–$300 per biweekly payout.

Post-Certification Work:

Active agents who complete the required weekly minimum of 13 hours average $234–$780 per biweekly payout, and top earners servicing multiple clients can exceed $1,500 per cycle.
