Beginning Sourdough Class

Learn the basics of sourdough baking. Each student will leave with the following: A loaf they created that they can go home and bake, a mason jar with 75 grams of my sourdough starter, a large mixing bowl (containing their loaf), bench scraper, flour sack towel, small section of parchment paper to bake with, access to a facebook group for participants of the class, and basic instructions and recipe for sourdough.
