I acknowledge that this is an application only, and that all coaching positions are subject to approval by the Nashua Cougars Board of Directors. Upon approval, I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by the Nashua Cougars organization.

I understand that I may be required to attend coaches’ meetings, board meetings, and training sessions, and to meet any other requirements as determined by the Nashua Cougars Board of Directors.

I confirm that I have read and signed the Nashua Cougars Coaches Ethics Pledge and agree to adhere to all rules and ethical standards set forth by the Nashua Cougars organization.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my team’s equipment. If all gear is not returned by the required deadline, I may be fined and risk losing my coaching privileges.

I agree to actively participate in Nashua Cougars fundraising efforts in support of our youth programs.

I understand that all volunteers with the Nashua Cougars organization must submit to a background check. These results are kept strictly confidential. Additionally, all volunteers will be screened against the State of New Hampshire Sex Offender Registry. Failure to complete the background check by the stated deadline will result in the loss of volunteer or coaching privileges.
