Clubhouse Connection Winter Break 2025/2026- Community

To enrol in the winter break program, complete the enrolment form on the next page and return it to the centre by Friday, December 12th. After December 12th, enrolment is closed.

If you are accepted, you will be asked for payment, and to fill out the Spare Time Registration Forms if you have not done so in previous years.

Registering a child with extra support needs? Please contact the centre before filling out the form to ensure we have the capacity to support the child.

Centre hours: 7:30am-6:00pm. Lunches and snacks are included.

Cost for the weekly session:

Week 1 - December 22-26: ALL SPARE TIME CENTRES ARE CLOSED
Week 2 - December 29-January 2: Grade 1-7 Fee: $260 / Kinder Fee: $219

Withdrawal Policy: Once your space is confirmed, no changes are allowed. No refunds or credits will be given unless we are able to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a full refund less $35 administrative charge. There will be no refunds or credits for days not attended, with the exception of building closures.

On snowy days, please check our website www.sparetimesociety.org or the VSB website for school building/centre closures www.vsb.bc.ca. Please walk your child to the front door on snowy days to ensure that we are open, and staff are on site. In addition, program activities are subject to change in case of unforseen circumstances (inclement weather, provincial health guidelines, staff shortages, etc.). We ask that you have your child at the centre by 10:00 am or notify us if your child is going to be absent.

The centres need minimum numbers of children to operate each day. Additional closures may be announced on December 15th if there is insufficient enrolment.
