NOVA Academy Early College High School (“NOVA Academy”) is a tuition-free public charter school where students have the opportunity to take high school and college classes simultaneously, at no cost. NOVA Academy's mission is to inspire, educate and prepare all students to be successful in college, career and in life. It is the vision of NOVA Academy to nurture each student’s individual strengths by providing a personalized college preparatory program, preparing students for the 21st century and smoothly transitioning into higher education.

Statement of Non-Discrimination

Non-Sectarian
NOVA Academy is non-sectarian in its programs, admission policies, employment practices, and all other operations.
Enrollment in Other District Schools
No students shall have any right to enrollment in another school or program of the {district} exclusively by virtue of their enrollment to NOVA Academy.
Open Enrollment Period
The Intent to Enroll form will be accepted beginning Monday, November 3, 2025 and the deadline for completion online is 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, January 30, 2026. Please note that each student must have their own Intent to Enroll form on file with NOVA Academy by the due date and time, to be considered timely. Applicant families with multiple siblings (including multiple births, such as twins) must ensure that each student has submitted their own Intent to Enroll form.
Enrollment Packet
Enrollment packets for students who have been admitted to NOVA Academy will be available immediately following the completion of the Public Random Drawing on Monday, February 2, 2026. The enrollment packet requires (but is not limited to) the following information: proof of minimum age requirements (e.g., US or foreign government-issued identification), proof of immunization, reasonable proof of residency (utility bill, verification letter, etc.), unofficial transcripts or 8th grade report card. Enrollment packets that are missing any of the required information will be considered incomplete and will not be accepted. Enrollment packets MUST be completed and returned to NOVA Academy with all required documentation no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. An offer of admission will be rescinded, and the student will be placed at the end of the waitlist, if the packet is not received by this deadline or if the intent to enroll contains fraudulent information. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Public Random Drawing
NOVA Academy shall admit all pupils who wish to attend the school, subject to its capacity. If the number of pupils who wish to attend the school exceeds the school’s capacity at any grade level, admission shall be determined by public random drawing (lottery) in accordance with the admission preferences discussed on page 2 of this form. The public random drawing will be held in-person on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm at {campusAddress}. The public is welcome to attend, but presence is not required to secure admission.
NOVA Academy will post the results of the Public Random Drawing on the school office window on the morning of Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Lottery results will also be posted to our website at www.nova-academy.org.
