Somatic Platicas & Empowerment Coaching is a 10 week, 1:1 container that I created with my fellow self love healer in mind meant to hold the space for your unfolding!

~BTW this is NOT a "10 step process" or "how to", as I believe you already know who you are and have what you seek within you, the question for you is -can embody your truth?
These 10 weekly sessions with me would most benefit the healer that needs the space to pause, slow down, FEEL, self reflect, be heard, gain clarity from your past & current actions, and be held accountable as a way to sharpen up your focus even more on yourself, your purpose, and the obstacles and challenges that you are currently facing.
These sessions also serve as an encouragement container for the healer that is stepping out of imposter syndrome and into self trust!
I want to make it clear that I am not here to FIX you, I come in as your coach with the perspective that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you,
you are learning, you are growing, and you are most certainly evolving while learning more about yourself through the pursuit and embodiment of your purpose in this world.
I also come in with the perspective that your purpose is unfolding perfectly as it should because your entire life has been designed for your expansion and evolution.
This is a safe space for the healer that wants to explore and step out of comfort, shining a light on all the repressed parts of your soul that want to come out, be heard, be seen, CRY, play, laugh, and be expressed by you as a way to teach you more about who you are!
Through these sessions you will gain more peace, clarity, and even deeper connection to your heart, your body, your soul, your ancestors, your inner child, along with a clearer knowing of the fact that your purpose in this world is absolutely divinely supported even though at times it may feel like everything is falling apart and that you are completely alone.
If you have a desire for a deeper and healthier connection to yourself, your relationships with others, and the world around you then these sessions are absolutely for you and I can assure you my friend, that you are on the right path.
