Manager of the Year - Please be sure to include some of these important stats in your nomination; length of employment, occupancy percentage, rental increase percentage, number of teammates, collection percentage.
Assistant Manager of the Year - Please be sure to include some of these important stats in your nomination; closing ratio, year to date leases, renewal/retention ratio.
Leasing Agent of the Year - Please be sure to include some of these important stats in your nomination; year to date leases, conversion ratio, how this person goes above and beyond for their team, how this person has improved their performance over the past year, outreach marketing successes, how this person represents your company outside of the office, how this person contributes to resident retention, how this person is preparing to advance their career.
Maintenance Person of the Year - (includes maintenance personnel, coordinators, porters, groundskeepers, and housekeepers) Please be sure and include some of these important stats in your nomination; what sets this person apart from others (examples - skills, attitude, effort), how this person makes the resident experience better, and how this person positively impacts their team.
Supplier of the Year - Please be sure to include some of these important stats in your nomination; how or what has this person done to help or impact the apartment communities they service, how or what has this person done to help or impact the NWFAA, the successfulness of this person in their company.
Rookie of the Year - This award is open to anyone new to the industry within the last 12 months. Please include examples of what makes this person an asset to the industry and your team, what sets them apart from others, how this person took EXTRA initiative to acclimate themselves to the industry.
Workaholic of the Year - Please be sure to include some of these important comments in your response; describe how this pesron has worked extensively on and off the clock week after week and what achievements or accomplishments they have had over the past year.
