EVENT DETAILS
November 28th thru 30th 2025
Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee NOR confirm acceptance to be a
vendor. Spaces are first come, first served basis, but approval from FEM Threadz
and payment is required. Once application is submitted and approved, you will be emailed of approval status and you will have 48 hours to submit payment. IF PAYMENT IS NOT SUBMITTED, YOU RISK LOSING YOUR SPOT. In total
the entire process will not take no more than 72 hours (submission, approval,
payment and confirmation). This event will host LOTS of vendors, so get your application in as soon as possible.
Event begins at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm.
Space setup will be completed in groups.
Group A begins at 8am, and Group B begins at 9am.
Spaces are to be set up and ready to go no later than 10:00am.
We understand that life happens and can be unpredictable at times, but by signing this contract you are commiting to stay until the end of the event. If for any reason you need to leave early, please let us know PRIOR to the event.
Please bring help to unload and load your merchandise, wagons are HIGHLY suggested, as our staff will not be able to assist.
Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
