Please read and agree to the following before submitting your inquiry:

A non-refundable retainer of $50 and signed contract are required to secure your date.

5 total makeup applications are required to be booked in order for travel to your getting ready location

A final headcount is due 90 days before the wedding date. Any cancellations after this time will still be charged in full and remain the bride’s responsibility.

Skin By Liss LLC is not responsible for dissatisfaction with makeup preference, reactions, or third-party disputes regarding payment or expectations.

Travel fees are $1 per mile round trip from area code 63031.
Additional artists needed will include travel fees and will be charged accordingly

Timelines and start times are confirmed once the final headcount is confirmed no later than 90 days from the event date

The client is responsible for ensuring that the getting-ready location is accessible at the agreed-upon start time. If access to the location is delayed or restricted, resulting in a shortened service window, the artist is not responsible for incomplete services. In such cases, services not performed due to time constraints will still be subject to full payment, and an additional artist may be required at the client’s expense to meet the desired timeline.

Payment in full and a mandatory 20% service fee is required and will be included in the final invoice, and will be due on or no later than 7 days before the scheduled event
