Photo Release Form
Dear Parent/Guardian:

During the school day we take photographs of activities involving students to share via ProCare to our students' families. We find our families enjoy receiving photos of what their children are doing throughout the day. Because of the nature of play, occasionally photos will include multiple children.

In order to share our work with the broader community, we sometimes use photos for marketing on our website, or social media pages. We never attach/communicate a child's name with their photo.

With this, we seek for your consent in allowing us to publish photos which may involve your child to the said platforms.
ProCare Photo Consent*

I consent to my child being photographed for ProCare updates, and I understand my child's photo may be shared with other HGG families if multiple children appear in the same photo.I do not consent to my child being photographed. I understand this means I will not receive photo updates via ProCare.
Marketing Photo Consent*

I consent to my child's photo being used for marketing purposes.I do not consent to my child's photo being used for marketing purposes.
