During the school day we take photographs of activities involving students to share via ProCare to our students' families. We find our families enjoy receiving photos of what their children are doing throughout the day. Because of the nature of play, occasionally photos will include multiple children. (We ask that any photos received from us that contain multiple children do not get shared on social media.)

In order to share our work with the broader community, we sometimes use photos for marketing on our website, or social media pages. We never attach/communicate a child's name with their photo.

With this, we seek for your consent in allowing us to share photos in these ways.

We understand that often parents want to be able to contact other parents to maintain and build friendships amongst their children. By consenting below, you are allowing HGG and FirstPres Hayward, to add your contact information to a classroom and/or school directory.

This consent allows your child to participate in activities that include but are not limited to weekly Chapel (in the Forum Room of the church office building) and time in the community garden on Grove Way.

This consent authorizes HGG personnel to apply sunscreen and diapering ointments (Rooms 1, 2, and 3) to your child. All creams, lotions, and ointments will be supplied by parents/guardians and handed to an adult and will not be within a child's reach.
