  • LCIA Rules Revision Consultation

Thank you for taking part in the LCIA’s consultation on the next revision of the Rules. The LCIA welcomes group submissions from law firms, chambers, associations, user groups, as well as submissions made on behalf of individuals or individual practitioners.

    Your submission

Please upload your submission as an MS Word document for review.

The submission may comment on the full text of the current Arbitration and Mediation Rules, on multiple sections, or on a specific provision.

When proposing changes, it is helpful to indicate the relevant article, outline your suggested wording, and briefly explain the reasoning behind your proposal.

We also invite you to raise new topics or themes that the current Rules do not yet address. Practical examples that illustrate why a change or addition would be valuable, are especially useful.
