  • Important Booking Information

    Please note that group bookings are available for residential packages only. A group booking must consist of a minimum and maximum of 6 delegates. Bookings for more than 6 delegates must be submitted using two separate booking forms.

    The early bird rate closes on 30th June. This discounted rate will not be extended or reserved after this date under any circumstances.

    If your trust or organisation operates a No PO, No Pay policy, you must raise a purchase order (PO) number prior to booking, or confirm with your ward manager or senior authority that you have approval to proceed. Please ensure you reference the price list when raising PO numbers.

    Once a booking is made and confirmed by NAPICU via invoice, it will remain valid. Bookings will not be cancelled due to non-payment, lack of communication, or non-attendance. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing from the main booking contact. (Read our terms & conditions)

    Please complete the information below. If you are a member of NAPICU, you are eligible for discounted member rates.

    Please note that we cross-check all registrations to confirm active membership. If you’re unsure whether your ward or personal membership is still active, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@napicu.org.uk 

    Memberships typically expires on 31st March each year, unless your ward has purchased a 2–3 year membership.

    If your ward or personal membership has lapsed or is inactive, you have up to 14 days to renew and retain the member rate. After this period, your registration will be updated to non-member rates, and we will contact you before making any changes.

    Important Information

    • You can book a maximum of six (6) delegates per booking form.
    • Group rates are only available to NAPICU members.
    • Training Events – Wednesday 16 September

    Training Event Information

    There will be two training events taking place on Wednesday 16 September, running from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the conference venue, Radisson Blu, Glasgow.

    • Registration for training delegates only opens at 1:00pm.
    • The two training sessions will run simultaneously in different rooms.
    • Once registered, delegates will be sent a link to select their preferred training session.
    • Delegates booked as part of a group do not need to attend the same training session and may choose different sessions if they wish.

    Please note: If a group booking is made without delegate names, and these are provided at a later date, training places will be allocated subject to availability. If one session is already full at the time names are submitted, delegates will be placed into the available training session without the option to choose.

    Please note: The NAPICU Administration Team will verify membership status if you select that you are a Ward or Personal Member.

  • Please select the "Group Rate" only if you are booking exactly 6 delegates.

    • If you are booking for 5 or fewer, please choose the "Per Person" rate.
    • If you are booking for 7 or more delegates, we recommend booking 6 delegates on one form to receive the best group discount, then booking the remaining delegates separately using the "Per Person" rate.

  • Delegate Details - Single Booking

    Please provide all details for the delegate attending. Ensure this is filled out if you are booking on behalf of someone. If you your details are as above please provide Dietary & any additional information regarding this booking.
  • Delegate Details - Group Booking

    Please provide all details for each delegate who will be attending the conference. If you do not know the delegates who will be attending yet, please write "Delegate 1", "Delegate 2" etc.
  • Billing & Payment Details

    Please provide correct information as it should be seen on the invoice. We ask if you do not have a PO number yet to write in the PO Number box "TBC". This allows us to note we will be expecting a PO from your trust/organisation.
  • Terms & Conditions

    Please read and confirm these Terms and Conditions before completing your booking. You will also receive a copy of these Terms and Conditions by email once your booking is submitted. If you are completing this form on behalf of someone else, please ensure they are made aware of and have read these Terms and Conditions.
  • Please note: NAPICU will have a photographer on site. Images will be used for social media purposes to further promote future events. If you do not wish to have your pictures taken then please advise the NAPICU Administration office by email - info@napicu.org.uk. We advise you also inform the photographer on the day of the event.

    Please advise the NAPICU Administration office if you do not wish to have your name appear on the delegate list.
