Refund Policy
Refunds are always within Ghinda’s right to exercise at any time. You are entitled to a refund if:
- The commission is not completed within a full 14 days after the given time estimate
- A response to your inquiry during the commission has not been given within a full 7 days
- You have cancelled your commission within 3 days after I’ve accepted it and the commission has not been completed yet.
If, for this commission, you are entitled to a refund or Ghinda enforces one, you are given, and only given, the exact amount that you have paid for it.
A commission is considered complete the moment Ghinda has shared with you a pre-payment, full-length file with audio protections in place to show you that it is done. The file without these protections in place will be given once payment has been confirmed by Ghinda.
You will be given an eReceipt after this, and when you do, the order is considered complete.
There are no partial refunds.
