The Child Protection and Safeguarding of young people and leaders is of upmost importance to Christ In Youth. CIY is responsible for the Child Protection procedures, vetting, verification and training of its own staff and volunteers who will be leading and serving at MOVE.

CIY are not responsible for the training and vetting of the youth leaders/volunteers from churches and organisations who bring young people to MOVE. This is the primary responsibility of your church and/or organisation. The leaders of your church/organisation are the legal guardians (loco parentis) for the young people that you bring to MOVE.

2. Have you ever been convicted of a felony and/or arrested for child abuse or crime involving actual or attempted molestation of a minor?
I verify that the above information is accurate. I understand that CIY reserves the right to remove any person from this event that in its sole opinion poses a threat to those in attendance. I agree to adhere to the requirements set by CIY.
