To make the housing process a little easier, please send us your group breakdown, this enables us to assign rooms/areas to your group and communicate to you how best to assign roommates for your week of MOVE.
The sooner you submit your group breakdown, the easier it will be for us to assign your group with the best rooms to match your group size. Please submit this by Wednesday 15 July 2026.
The sleeping areas are in long corridors, so, your group will be mixed in with the other groups, though our aim is that young people will typically share any of the individual rooms with people from their own group.
Boys and girls dorms are separated; and over and under-18s will be accommodated in different areas.
You and your leaders will be in a different block from the young people but close to hand.
Remember, it is the responsibility of your leaders to look after the young people in your group. You and your leaders will be responsible for ensuring that these spaces (dorms and small group spaces) are well kept throughout the stay at MOVE and quiet at night. If there is any damage, whether accidental or otherwise, there will be an initial fee of €100, alongside any additional replacement costs.
