Each team should complete one form. All satellite teams should complete there own form.

Select the location you want to attend including the number of swimmers attending. It is important to be as accurate as possible so that the distribution of swimmers at each site is fair.

There is a maximum number of swimmers accepted for each location. Once the maximum number of swimmers at the facility has been reached, that location will be greyed out with a SOLD OUT icon next to it
