✦ This form is open for COMIFURO 21 PICK-UP & LOCAL MAIL ORDER ONLY. 

✦ For International Order: my Bigcartel will re-open on November 29 (8pm GMT+7).

✦ For Local Mail Order: after you have submitted your form, I will send you a shopee link via email to proceed with payment for SHIPPING FEE. 

✦ For International Group Orders: there is a limit of only 10 items per International GO. Should I discover that this rule is broken, your order is immediately cancelled with no refund, and you will be blacklisted from future purchases. (This does not apply to Local GOs).
