This form is used to curate Village Venture show and to let you know of when the Village Venture 2026 application is available to you.
You understand that this form is NOT an application for a booth, but this is an interest form.*

**Chamber Members will receive the application a month BEFORE the general public, again this form is not an application.

Please note that we curate the Village Venture experience. You will be sent an application IF you qualify to participate. If you do not qualify or if we've reached capacity, we will provide you with a response.

Interest Forms for Chamber Members will be reviewed in May 2026. Chamber Members get first priority. Non Members Interest Forms will be reviewed in late June 2026. After these dates, give us 14 business days to respond. We had over 740 interest forms in 2025.

Please do not falsely claim you are a Chamber Member when you are not one, we do check, and your interest form will be rejected. If you are interested in becoming a Chamber Member, please visit claremontchamber.org and fill out a Membership Application. We would love to have you as a Chamber Member.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. Only trust email addresses that have @claremontchamber.org in regards to communication about Village Venture.

We would never DM you on social media.

**We do not assign or reserve booths, booths are up to the vendors to choose during registration, please stop requesting booth locations.**
IF YOU'RE A FOOD VENDOR OR FOOD TRUCK
We will NOT be accepting food vendors (for booths). HOWEVER, we are looking for self-contained food trucks ONLY, food trucks MUST be permitted by the LA County Health Department! If you are not, you must fill out a TFF with the LA County Health Department for the day of Village Venture, which will be 10/24/2026.

If you are an interested food truck owner/manager, etc., please check back to see when we have the Food Truck Application out, which is expected in May 2026.

We curate our food truck selection & we are very limited on how many food trucks we can select to fit the space we have allotted by the City.
