Please complete this form to ensure your high school student and you, their parent/guardian, understands the enrollment process and expectations for enrollment in the OTC+ classes available to high school seniors.
- Knox Technical Center has OTC+ class options for senior high school students
- There can be limited available spots depending on the program
- Students are required to meet the same enrollment requirements as adult students
