  • The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC) invites businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations to participate in the BCCEC Trade Expo 2025, taking place on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Bahamas National Trust, Village Road.


    This exciting one-day event will showcase the diverse products and services offered by Bahamian and international businesses. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to promote their brand, connect with new customers, and build valuable partnerships in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere filled with music, food, and holiday cheer.

        • Exhibitor Agreement

           

          The exhibitor hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions of this event. I agree to the limited booth spaces being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and I understand that reservation is subject to availability. All exhibitors are to be set up one hour before the event start time. Registration fees are not refundable or transferable. The exhibitor will receive one 6' display table, one tablecloth, two chairs, and an identification sign. Please note that additional fees apply for electric supply. Registration also includes having your business promoted through the BCCEC and affiliate marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and event website. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all debris accumulated during the rental of said booths. The organizers of the event and their staff will not be held responsible for any items damaged, destroyed, or left behind due to the exhibitor's negligence.
