Cedric Richmond Scholarship Application
The Cedric Richmond Scholarship Program provides financial awards to Louisiana students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and financial need. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Louisiana residents, and enrolled full-time as undergraduate or graduate students at one of Louisiana’s public colleges or universities, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
