BC4T Grant Proposals

Blue Corridors for Turtles Small Grants will support projects that seek to fill data gaps in marine turtle connectivity. Please refer to proposal criteria and guidelines, linked here. Projects must address one or more of the following:

Data gaps in nesting distributions: These projects will identify new, or verify understudied, key nesting or foraging sites.
Data gaps in migratory connectivity: These projects will expand past or existing satellite-tracking initiatives, with the objective of revealing connectivity. Therefore, applications should focus on migratory life stages.
Data gaps in genetics: these projects will fill genetic gaps in ShellBank to assess regional connectivity, i.e., revealing haplotypes to assess and delineate genetically distinct populations.

Proposals must be submitted by January 31st, 2026.
