Terms & Policy

I understand that a valid form of ID is required to get a tattoo. I understand I must be 18 years of age and up to get tattooed.

I understand that there is a non-refundable booking fee of either $35 or $50 to secure my appointment. I understand that this booking fee is credited towards my tattoo total cost.

I understand that the remaining balance will be due in cash or zelle. I understand that if I pay in cash, I must bring the exact amount of my tattoo cost and that there will be no cash back for change due to small business management. I understand that if I choose to pay with card or venmo, there will be a 2.9% + $0.30 cents processing fee.

I understand that a 3-day notice is required for a reschedule or my booking fee will be forfeited and that a new booking fee willl be required to book another appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once.

I understand that a cancellation and no shows will result in forfeit of my booking fee.

I understand that if I book a hand/finger tattoo, the ink may not take and may require future touchups.

I understand that if I change my mind on my design, I must notify Shinyinklounge at least 3 days prior to my appointment.

I understand I must arrive on time and that a 15 minute+ late arrival may result in a reschedule and forfeiture of my booking fee.

I understand that only 1 guest is allowed in the entrance room. I understand that children, pets, or addional guests are not allowed in the suite due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.

I understand that there are no refunds of the tattoo once completed.

I understand that photos/videos may be taken of the tattoo and that they may be posted on Shiny Ink Lounge social media platforms such as Instragram, Facebook, and our website for marketing/advertising purposes.

I understand that a tattoo session can take 30 minutes for a 1 inch tattoo, 2 hours for a 2-3 inch tattoo with many details, and up to 3+ hours depending on size and how intricate the piece is.
