SDBG can reimburse up to $250 in transporation costs per class. SDBG can support costs incurred by local district busses only.
Teacher(s) or field trip organizer(s) are responsible for all arrangements and payments for transporation to and from SDBG.
SDBG can only provide a reimbursement check for transportation after your visit, upon receiving one or more of the following Accepted Documents:
- Original, itemized receipts or invoices that show the name(s) of the transportation provider and payee, the amount paid, and the date and time of purchase. Digital receipts accepted.
- School/district transportation request forms.
- Official log of transportation activity.
- Official invoice(s) from your school/organization, issued to San Diego Botanic Garden. An invoice of this kind can only be accepted when accompanied by one of the above documents.
To request a reimbursement check, please send your Accepted Document(s) to education@sdbgarden.org and note your Order Number.
