EVENT OVERVIEW
The 3rd Annual Holiday Black Bazaar at The Hub is the season’s biggest celebration of Black and Brown talent, entrepreneurship, and creativity. Presented by the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Madison, this two-day winter wonderland invites you to showcase your products, connect with the community, and join hundreds of shoppers celebrating the spirit of the season.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the Chamber, and approved vendors will receive a confirmation email.
EVENT TIMELINE
Friday, December 5
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Vendor Move In (Highly Recommended)
Overnight on-site security (10 pm- 8:00 am)
Saturday, December 6
8:00 am - 10 am - Vendor Move In
11:00 AM–8:00 PM – Bazaar Open to the Public
Overnight on-site security (9:00 pm - 7 am)
Sunday, December 7
12:00–5:00 PM – Bazaar Open to the Public
6:00–7:00 PM – Vendor Move-Out
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Vendors must staff their booths for the full event hours.
Food vendors - No cooking on site, prepared food only. (Limited spaces available)
Vendors are responsible for setup and teardown during designated times.
💡 WHAT WE PROVIDE
The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce will provide each approved vendor with:
One (1) six-foot table, covered with a black stretch skirt
Two (2) chairs
General event security from Friday through Sunday
Marketing & promotion through the Chamber’s event listings and social media platforms
Access to a vibrant, well-trafficked event space designed to highlight local Black and Brown businesses
Overnight security will be on-site Friday night and Saturday night to ensure all vendor items remain safe and secure.

The Chamber strives to create an organized, equitable, and visually cohesive event for all participants.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved based on availability. Additional fees may apply.
