The Renal Healthcare Association's Mark Zawiski Award for Outstanding Leadership recognizes excellence in the dialysis industry and is presented annually to an individual who has exemplified great leadership in the kidney and dialysis industry. The candidates of this award serve as examples to their colleagues and are known for their efforts made to the business aspects of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), and dialysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
Demonstrated commitment, through collaboration and participation, to the Renal Healthcare Association's mission for 5 or more years as a member.
or
Active contribution to the industry in a fashion that aligns with the Renal Healthcare Association's mission and current activities.
The awardee must demonstrate collaboration and participation in two or more of the Renal Healthcare Association's 3 pillars:
- Advocacy
- Education
- Service
