The College shall reimburse up to $500 for necessary travel expenses for candidates who have traveled 250 miles or more one way from their residence to the campus location where the interview is scheduled. Original receipts for lodging, carrier expenses, and meals must be submitted for reimbursement.
Applicant shall submit to Human Resources this form and provide all required documentation, within thirty (30) calendar days of completing travel, to be eligible for reimbursement. Exceptions will be determined by the Associate Vice President of Human Resources in consultation with the appropriate hiring managers.
