Holiday Boutique Vendor Application Form

Please fill out this application to participate in our event on December 6-7, 2025, at L.A. GOAL. Submission of this application does not guarantee a booth at the Holiday Boutique.
Dates & Time: Saturday, December 6th (10am-3pm) and Sunday, December 7th (10am-2pm).

Location: L.A. GOAL 4911 Overland Ave. Culver City, CA 90230

Deadline to Submit the Application Form: November 17, 2025

Notification Date: by November 21, 2025

Event details:

- Each vendor will receive one 6 ft. table, a chair, and a receipt book. Please bring your own decorations, table covers and shopping bags.
- We have a common cashier register to process everyone’s transactions, so there is no need to bring your own payment processing.
- There is no booth fee; however, we apply a 20% commission on all sales. This portion is tax-deductible, as it will be donated to Inside Out Productions by L.A. GOAL and will go directly toward supporting programs for the Members of L.A. GOAL.
- L.A. GOAL will provide a Zoom orientation a few days prior to the event, during which time All vendors will use receipt books provided by L.A. GOAL. Instructions will be provided during the Zoom orientation.

Set up & clean up

- Vendor set up begins on Saturday, December 6th at 8:30am. When you arrive, L.A. GOAL Staff will show you your booth location.
- We will have limited carts and a dolly available for you to use when unloading your vehicle; however, L.A. GOAL Staff will not be available to help you unload.
- You are welcome to leave your booth set up overnight so you don't have to set up again on Sunday. Our facility will be locked with an alarm.
- Clean up & breakdown is at the end of the scheduled hours (Sat 3pm, Sun 2pm). Please do not begin breaking down your booth prior to these times. You will be responsible for ensuring all of your belongings have been collected by you, as well as cleaning up all trash.

No-Show Policy

We understand things come up! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you can’t make it, so we can contact other vendors on the waiting list. Missing the event without notice may affect your spot at future events.
