      Please note that if airfare is being booked on your behalf, it will be arranged as a courtesy only and does NOT create any additional responsibility or liability for your travel advisor or agency. All tickets are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the airline.

      Hagan Hideaway Travel is NOT responsible for, including but not limited to:
      • Flight schedule changes or cancellations
      • Airline-imposed equipment or routing changes
      • Delays, missed flights, or missed connections
      • Denied boarding, seat assignments, or class of service availability
      • Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
      • Refunds or credits issued by the airline
      • Weather-related or mechanical disruptions, or any acts beyond our control

      In the event of any issue involving flights, you agree to resolve such matters directly with the airline or, if applicable, your travel insurance provider.

      If airfare is booked as part of a vacation package, your selected trip protection or travel insurance policy typically includes coverage for those flights. However, if airfare is booked separately at a future date, your travel protection policy will NOT extend to those flights. Separate flight protection may be purchased directly through the airline, from an independent insurance provider, or upon request through Hagan Hideaway Travel.

      Once flights are booked, you can enter your frequent flyer and TSA precheck numbers, pick seats, pre-pay for bags, upgrade seats, etc. through the airlines app.

      Passports must not expire within 6 months of travel. Most closed-loop cruises do not require a passport, however, if you don’t have a US Passport, you must have a valid government issued ID and original birth certificate (no copies). If your children do not have the same last name as you and only one parent is cruising, a notarized letter must be signed from the other parent as well.
