  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    By registering for the workshop to be held on November 18, 2025, I ("Registrant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    Cancellation with Timely Notice: To be eligible for a partial refund, written cancellation notice must be received by Higher Education Consulting Services, LLC at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop. Registrants who provide such timely notice will receive a refund of $10.00. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $5.00 will be retained by HECS, LLC.
    Late Cancellation: Any cancellation notice received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled workshop start time will render the Registrant ineligible for any refund.
    Failure to Attend (No-Show): Registrants who fail to attend the workshop without providing the required notice ("No-Shows") will be ineligible for any refund.
    Forfeiture: In the event of a Late Cancellation or a No-Show, the Registrant agrees that the entire workshop fee of $15.00 shall be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
