The fees for participating in the THE Market by Wholly Handmade is as follows:
Entry Fee for 2 Days (must choose consecutive days) July 16 & 17, 2026, July 18 & 19, 2026, July 23 & 24, 2026, or July 25 & 26, 2026: $550 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days (Monday-Wednesday): July 20, July 21 & July 22, 2026 $650 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days (Friday - Sunday): July 17, July 18 & July 19, 2026 or July 24, July 25, and July 26 $800 Incl. GST (**NEW for 2026**)
Entry Fee for 4 Days: July 16, July 17, July 18 & July 29, 2026 or July 23, July 24, July 25 & July 26, 2026: $1000 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 5 Days: July 16, July 17, July 18, July 29 & July 20, 2026 $1250 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 6 Days: July 21, July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, & July 26, 2026 $1500 Incl. GST

*Single day entry fee: $250 Incl. GST per day week days (Monday-Thursday) No single day spots are available for weekends.
All spots are 10 x 10 and include power - no "double booths" will be sold. Tables and chairs are NOT provided. Tent space will be provided.
50% of market fee is due by February 1st, 2026 and remaining 50% of market fee is due by May 1st, 2026. No refunds will be provided after June 1st, 2026. Other arrangements may be made by exception basis.
Hours of the market are Sunday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Types of vendors that are not permitted:
Alcohol, consumables that conflict with product offerings of the Taste of Edmonton restaurant partners ( eg. perogies, ice cream, desserts, etc.), items displaying homophobia, racist slurs, islamophobia etc., vintage or used items, direct sales or MLM companies (eg. Epicure, Tupperware, Mary Kay etc.), manufactured or imported items, products sexually explicit in nature.
**Vendors will be required to provide 2 million dollars liability insurance naming Kingsley Events and Events Edmonton on the policy**
**Kingsley Events and Events Edmonton and any other partners will not be responsible for any damage or theft of products. Any products left overnight are done so at your own risk. It is recommended any products be stored in weatherproof bins and tents be zip-tied in addition to using the tent clips.**
**Set up will begin at 9:00 AM each morning and vehicles will be allowed in the market area until 10:30 AM. Parking is not included in vendor fees.**
**Taste of Edmonton is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone. Abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour towards Taste of Edmonton staff, volunteers, security personnel, or festival patrons will not be tolerated. Any vendor who engages in such behaviour will not be welcomed back to future Kingsley Events markets at any venue.**
**All vendors must be opened the full duration of their tenure at THE MARKET at Taste of Edmonton. All vendors must be open at 11:00 AM and remain open until 10:00 PM (Sunday through Thursday) and 11:00 PM (Friday and Saturday) unless otherwise specified. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the vendor being removed from future Kingsley Events markets at any venue**
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 44-59 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund.
Please note if the event is cancelled due to a situation beyond the organizers control, including global pandemic, unfit venue, or inclement weather, refunds will not be provided unless feasible to do so.
