Estimated In-Kind Contribution Dollar Amount (To help us meet grant reporting requirements, please estimate the dollar value of your organization's in-kind contribution based on staff time dedicated to hosting teacher extern(s). This includes time spent planning, supervising, and participating in externship activities. Example: If 2 staff members each spend 4 hours per day for 10 days, that’s 80 total hours. At an average hourly rate of $40/hour:80 hours × $40/hour = $3,200 in-kind contribution)
