To ensure that every participant feels safe and supported, we ask all members to agree to the following:
- I understand that everything shared in this group—by myself and others—is private and confidential.
- I will not record, photograph, or take screenshots during any session.
- I will not share or discuss personal stories, names, or details shared in this group outside of the session.
- I will listen and speak respectfully, allowing space for everyone to share without interruption or judgment.
- I understand that this is a peer support group intended to provide emotional support, not a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.
- I acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and I may leave the session at any time if I feel uncomfortable.
