PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY ✅ I acknowledge and understand that although DELTA DRIVING SCHOOL LLC will take reasonable safety precautions during behind-the-wheel training, there are both known and unforeseen risks that may result in serious personal injury, death, or property damage arising from my operation of the school’s vehicles.By signing below, I voluntarily and irrevocably release, waive, and indemnify DELTA DRIVING SCHOOL LLC, its professional driving instructors, and all associated sponsors and partners—including, but not limited to, all officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, successors, and assigns—from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, actions, judgments, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature. This includes, but is not limited to, any claim or demand resulting from injury to myself or my death, whether caused by the negligence of DELTA DRIVING SCHOOL LLC, its instructors, sponsors, partners, or otherwise, while I am operating a vehicle provided by the driving school.
CLASSROOM / DRIVINING SESSIONS CONDUCT POLICY

Classroom Conduct Policy

✅ Students are expected to participate fully and respectfully in all classroom sessions. Unruly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any student who fails to understand or comply with the established policies will be removed from the session.

Driving Lesson Essentials Checklist Make sure to bring:

✅ Permit – Required for legal practice

✅ Sneakers – Comfortable, closed-toe shoes for safe driving

✅ Payment – As agreed with the instructor or school

✅ Glasses or Contacts – If you need corrective lenses to drive

Driving Lesson Safety Policy

By registering for driving lessons with Delta Driving School, students confirm the following:

✅ Medical Fitness: They do not have any medical condition that would impair their ability to safely participate in behind-the-wheel instruction.

✅ Substance Use Prohibited: Students must not be under the influence of drugs, marijuana, alcohol, or any medication that may inhibit their driving abilities during lessons.

✅ Instructor Authority: If an instructor suspects a student is under the influence for any reason, the lesson will be canceled immediately. The student will be charged for the session and will no longer be permitted to continue driving lessons with Delta Driving School.

✅ Safety First: The safety of our students and instructors is our highest priority.

Vehicle Camera Policy

✅ For the safety and training of all students and instructors, it is understood that Cameras (visual and audio) are installed in all driving school vehicles. These devices are used strictly for instructional review, safety monitoring, and quality assurance.🔒 All recordings are handled in accordance with privacy and safety standards. By participating in driving lessons, students acknowledge and accept the presence of these cameras.

Compliance Policy

Delta Driving School maintains high standards for safety and conduct. As such:

✅ Right to Refuse Training: Delta Driving School reserves the right to refuse or discontinue driving instruction for any student who fails to comply with its rules and regulations.

✅ Student Responsibility: It is the student's responsibility to understand and follow all guidelines provided by the school.

✅ Safety First: This policy ensures a safe and respectful learning environment for all students and instructors.
