They make sure that mentors, fellows, and research activities run smoothly — managing communication, scheduling, data, and documentation across the organization.Coordinators do not work behind the scenes alone — they shape how science, collaboration, and innovation happen at IBSAUD.Work Includes:Managing project timelines and team schedules.Overseeing documentation, reporting, and online workspaces.Supporting communication between teams, mentors, and fellows.Tracking participation and helping measure project impact.This is a non-monetary, experiential role focused on growth, contribution, and leadership. Coordinators receive:Practical training through IBSAUD College.Recognition in IBSAUD reports, projects, and platforms.Certificates after 6 and 8 months for contribution and coordination excellence.Eligibility for internal leadership and advisory positions.Fill this form carefully.
