The International Bureau for Scientific Advancement: Universal Development (IBSAUD) empowers students and early researchers to learn and lead through real-world research and innovation experiences.IBSAUD Coordinators form the operational backbone of all IBSAUD projects and programs. They make sure that mentors, fellows, and research activities run smoothly — managing communication, scheduling, data, and documentation across the organization.Coordinators do not work behind the scenes alone — they shape how science, collaboration, and innovation happen at IBSAUD.Work Includes:Managing project timelines and team schedules.Overseeing documentation, reporting, and online workspaces.Supporting communication between teams, mentors, and fellows.Tracking participation and helping measure project impact.This is a non-monetary, experiential role focused on growth, contribution, and leadership. Coordinators receive:Practical training through IBSAUD College.Recognition in IBSAUD reports, projects, and platforms.Certificates after 6 and 8 months for contribution and coordination excellence.Eligibility for internal leadership and advisory positions.Fill this form carefully. Duaration & Recognition : Coordinators are expected to stay active for at least 6 months: After 6 months → Certificate of Contribution (IBSAUD) After 8 months → Certificate of Leadership & Coordination (IBSAUD College) Eligible for Youth Advisory Board or advanced internal roles. Agreement : I understand that this is a non-monetary role. I agree to participate voluntarily, support IBSAUD’s operations, and maintain consistent communication throughout my term.
