Room Rental Inquiry

Our cozy dining space at Rebel Hen’s Coop comfortably accommodates up to 35 guests. We charge $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum. For larger gatherings, you can also rent the connected space next door, The Artist Workshop, allowing for a combined capacity of about 100 people. Rentals are available between 3 PM and 10 PM, as our café operates full service during the day and closes at 2 PM. If you would like an earlier time feel free to check out The Artist Workshop’s availability! We’re so excited to host your special event and can’t wait to have you booked with us!

Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $100 is required to secure the reservation. If alcohol is served, the deposit increases to $200. Deposits are refunded within 3 business days after the event, provided the space is left clean, undamaged, and in compliance with all rental terms.

Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is due 7–14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance receive a full refund. After 14 days you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

Cleaning & Responsibilities: Renters are responsible for tying up all trash and leaving it by the door, wiping down tables and counters, returning furniture to its original layout, and removing all personal items and decorations. A $30 cleaning fee applies. If excessive cleaning or damage occurs, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.

Rules & Restrictions: Decorations must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures. And tape, push pins, glitter, and confetti are prohibited. Music must stay at a reasonable volume, and guests must remain within the designated rental area. All events must end by 10 PM, and children must be supervised at all times.

Food & Beverage: Outside food may be brought in with prior approval. Outside alcohol is not allowed. We offer catering services for food, beer, wine and champagne cocktails. Guests who cater through Rebel Hen Café receive $10 off their booking!

Liability & Damages: Renters are responsible for any damages to café property or equipment during the event. Rebel Hen Café is not liable for injury, theft, or lost items. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Hen Café and its staff from any claims or damages resulting from the event.

Damage, Cleaning, & Payment Policy: A valid credit card will be held on file and may be charged for any damages to property, excessive cleaning, missing items, extended rental time, or violations of the rental agreement. Rebel Hen Café will provide an itemized statement for any charges applied.

Security Cameras: For the safety of guests and staff, Rebel Hen Café has two security cameras in the dining area that record both video and audio. By signing the agreement, renters and guests acknowledge and consent to being recorded while on the premises.
