WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand and acknowledge that riding an electric scooter during the West Coast Tour Partners guided tour (“the Tour”) involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, falls, or equipment failure.

I hereby voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, property damage, or death that may result from participation in the Tour. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for safely operating the scooter, whether provided by the Company or rented through a third party.

I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless West Coast Tour Partners, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims or liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of or connected in any way to participation in the Tour.

Helmet Policy*

I acknowledge that West Coast Tour Partners requires and provides helmets during the tour.I agree to wear the helmet throughout the duration of the tour and waive the right to hold the company responsible for any injury from not wearing the helmet.

Traffic & Safety Compliance*

I agree to obey all traffic signs, control lights, traffic laws, pedestrian crossings. I will follow tour guides instructions, yield for pedestrians, bicycles and other traffic, ride in the designated lane and dismount when instructed.I will obey WCTP's "speed limit" of not more than 10 mph.

Legal Acknowledgment*

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or I am a parent/guardian signing on behalf of a minor. I have read and understood this waiver, and I agree to its terms.I certify that I am entering into this agreement voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand the inherent risks involved in operating an electric scooter and participating in a guided tour. I agree not to hold West Coast Tour Partners LLC, its staff, contractors, or affiliates liable for any injuries, damages, or losses—personal, property-related, or otherwise—that may occur during or as a result of this activity.

Media Release*

I acknowledge and agree that during the West Coast Tour Partners experience, photographs and video recordings may be taken of me and my group. By participating, I grant WCTP LLC, its representatives, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, and other lawful purposes related to WCTP.I understand that: My likeness will NOT be sold to third parties. All media will be used solely for WCTP social media and marketing purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I release WCTP LLC from any claims related to the use of such images or recordings.
