  • Only one Final Report is needed per group. Please complete the form below, ideally with the Bronze Award Girl Scouts themselves, so we can hear directly from the girls who made it happen!

    Reminder: You can submit your Bronze Award Final Report any time between your 4th and 5th grade year, but the final deadline is September 30 after your 5th grade year.

  • Adult Information

    As a Bronze Award Group Leader, you supported a team of Girl Scout Juniors in making a meaningful impact in their community and guided them through the steps to earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award.
  • Key Responsibilities: Oversaw project guidelines related to donations, money-earning activities, and use of troop funds Secured any necessary approvals for these activities. Provided guidance while encouraging girl-led planning and decision-making.

    *All volunteers in this role must be registered Girl Scout Adults and have a current background check on file.*

  • Girl Scout Junior Team Information

    As Girl Scout Junior, you are a registered 4th or 5th grade Girl Scout.
  • Key responsibilities: Completed the required prerequisite of Junior Journey or the Junior Leadership Award. Have worked independently or with your team to plan and carry out a project where you identified a community problem and used leadership skills to make a difference.
