Program Description
Time commitment for this application 15-20 minutes
VIOLET is the first women’s cohort of the Self-Led Sisterhood Series: a 12-week healing and leadership journey guided by me, Ty Cutner. In dedication to my mom who passed when I was 15. Her favorite color is purple and her big heart for people is at the core of my mission to heal the world.
The name Violet carries multiple layers: it’s the color of her essence, the flower of remembrance, and the name of the purple candy that still brings her memory close.
Throughout my years helping thousands of men heal from traumas, I've witnessed transformation on a deep emotional level. Recently I've been working more with women which help me recognized a shared story buried and forgetten. Worry, fear, and unspoken wounds that quietly shape how she loves and lives her life. I'm a prodigy in the psychotherapy model Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helped me heal decades of grief from my mom passing in just one session.
Using IFS, I've helped women rediscover parts of themselves they thought were lost, restoring their freedom, warmth and youthfulness. The result, deeper connection with their families, partners, and sense of purpose.
The more I offered this kind of healing, the more I realized that spaces like this rarely exist for women. Spaces where she can be guided safely, compassionately, and skillfully by a male family member who honors her as he does his mother, sisters and other female relatives. I believe women are the natural healers of our world, and to heal humanity, we must do it in harmony with each other.
The Violet cohort marks the beginning of the Sisterhood Series. A safe, supportive family centered space for women to heal together, reconnect with their essence, and join a movement to bring compassionate, IFS-based healing into homes, schools, and communities. More than a program; it is the seed of a greater purpose.
If you are reading this, it is not by coincidence. You are being called to grow with us, to heal, to lead, and to help bring this mission to life.
