1. Chili must start with raw, unmarinated beef, venison or pork (ummm…no roadkill please!) 2. No beans, pasta, corn or hominy allowed 3. RTFL Traditional Chili will be judged using the new Chili Judging Criteria
1. Chili with beans, various meats or no meat, and a personal touch are all welcome including vegetarian chili, green chili, white chili, or any other type you prefer 2. Open Chili will be judged using the new Chili Judging Criteria
