Before participating in AMP Stables & Boarding Equitation Club, all parents and legal guardians must review the current applicable policies and Equitation Club information and complete all required waivers and forms.

By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I am responsible for reviewing the current AMP Stables & Boarding policies and Equitation Club information and for completing all required waivers and forms before my child attends, rides, handles horses, or otherwise participates in any AMP Stables & Boarding activity.

I understand that Equitation Club is an educational horsemanship program and that mounted riding is not guaranteed each program day. Riding and other activities may be modified or canceled because of weather, footing, horse health or availability, student readiness, group size, staffing, or other safety considerations.

I also understand that a $25 late pick-up fee will be charged for any pickup after 12:40 PM and that the late fee is due in cash at the time of pickup.

Payment may be submitted by Venmo, Zelle, Step Up For Students, cash, or check.

Step Up For Students

AMP Stables & Boarding is a Step Up For Students Marketplace Direct Provider. Families using Step Up funds must submit the appropriate allocation through the Step Up Marketplace within 24 hours of registration.

A Step Up allocation does not replace the Equitation Club registration form. Each student must still be registered for the specific dates they plan to attend.

Cash or Check Payments

Cash or check payments must be received at least one week before the selected program date to secure a space. Receipts are available upon request.

Registration and Space Reservation

Registration is not finalized, and space is not guaranteed, until payment or an approved Step Up allocation has been received.

A requested space may be held for up to 24 hours without payment or allocation. After 24 hours, the space may be released to another participant or the next family on the waitlist.

Cancellation and Tuition Credit Policy
Equitation Club tuition is nonrefundable.

Cancellations must be submitted by text or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled Equitation Club session to qualify for a program credit. Eligible credits may be applied toward a future Equitation Club session and expire 90 days after the original scheduled program date.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or program credit.
