Join us for the ultimate Girl Scout adventure! In July 2026, Girl Scouts from across the country (and around the world!) will come together in Washington, D.C. for the Girl Scouts Unite Convention—a once-in-a-lifetime experience full of inspiration, discovery, and fun.

On this trip, you’ll:
- Meet Girl Scouts from every corner of the globe
- Attend high-energy sessions led by inspiring changemakers
- Take part in interactive activities, live entertainment, and the exciting Hall of Experiences
- Explore the historic landmarks of Washington, D.C. and see our nation’s capital through a Girl Scout lens
- Celebrate what it means to be a Girl Scout today—and how YOU can shape tomorrow
This is more than just a trip—it’s your chance to connect, dream big, and be part of history. Whether you’re interested in leadership, travel, making new friends, or just having an unforgettable summer experience, this convention has something for you!

Application deadline is December 1, 2025.

Girl Scouts selected for the trip will attend three virtual prep-meetings, and one in-person meeting with a caregiver; date will be provided after selection.

Requirements to apply:

Girl Scout must be 12 years old by July 1, 2026
Excited to travel with Girl Scouts, and represent Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma
Able to spend 1 week away from family

Girl Scouts selected for the trip must attend 3 required preparation meetings, meeting dates will be sent out after application deadline.

Girl Scout’s must be 13 years old by July 1, 2026 to attend this opportunity. Cost of the trip is $1,850 with a $100 non-refundable deposit. All travelers selected for the trip must adhere the follow payment schedule/cancellation policy:
- Program Fee for trip includes a non-refundable deposit due at time of trip selection.
- Payment is due in full by May 15, 2026.
- If you choose to cancel your trip, your refund will vary based upon how soon the trip is occurring. Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any portion of a Girl Scout's trip fee that has already been spent, will not be refunded, EX. if plane tickets have been purchased, the value of those tickets will be deducted from your refund
  - 90-240 days prior to trip. 50% refund of trip fees paid, less deposit and any portion of paid trip fees that has already been spent
  - 90 days prior to trip: No refund will be given
- If Girl Scout cancels the trip, any funds earned through travel troop, or money-earning opportunities stay with the travel troop
