I confirm that I am a parent or legal guardian of the prospective entrant.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for complying with all rules.
- Only Genuine Strider® Balance Bikes are permitted to race.
- All riders must have their own Strider Bike. No sharing of bikes is allowed.
- During this event, I will obey all rules, regulations, and guidance set by its organizers.
- I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages which may occur to Parent or Participant on or about the premises or area under control of Releasees. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur to Parent or Participant and forever releases and discharges Releasees and their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims and/or damages.
- I permit free use of images and videos taken by the event organizers and media staff for publicity and advertisements and will not claim rights, such as personal portrait rights, to refuse publicity of these photographs.
- In case of cancellation or changes to the events due to natural disasters, incidents, or accidents, I agree under any circumstances not to claim refund of participation fee.
- During this event, I will be responsible for personal belongings, and I understand that organizers of the events, other participants, or event staff will not be held accountable for loss or damage of these belongings.
- I will dedicate myself to the prevention of heat illnesses. And, I will check my child’s body temperature in the morning of the day of the event and will not allow him/her to participate in the event in case of fever or other health issues.
- Within the event area, all alcoholic beverages and drugs are prohibited. If found, athletes, families, and followers will be asked to leave the event premises
- Any parent, team head coach, or official staff who behaves inappropriately in performing their duties. Lack of good manners. Use inappropriate and violent words towards athletes, officials, and other parents. which will lead to quarrels and physical harm disruption of the atmosphere. Destroying the field or competition equipment both during the competition and after the competition.
a. The competition of the offending athlete and their opponent will be terminated. A fine of 50,000 baht will be imposed on both parties, and the individuals who behaved inappropriately will be asked to leave the event premises and banned from participating in any of the brand's activities forever.
b. The organizers will take legal action according to the prescribed penalties, up to and including legal prosecution, to the fullest extent, to maintain the objectives of the event, which aims to develop sports for young people (competitors) to receive the maximum benefit from the activities held.
c. If the actions cause the event to be unable to continue, compensation must be paid for the full amount of expenses incurred by the organizers.
Race Rule
- All riders may be assisted in the starting area only. Only one parent or guardian is allowed in the starting area.
- The finish line is reached when the front tire of the bike is ridden across the finish line.
- Parents or guardians are not allowed on the track during competition.
- Communication devices e.g. phone, Bluetooth, small talk, walkie-talkie and megaphone are NOT allowed between parents and riders. If devices found, down rank 3 places without warning.
- During the starting procedure, all parents must stand behind the line and are not allowed to touch or push the athletes.
- When the MC gives the "READY" signal, all parents must be silent and refrain from communicating verbally with the athletes. Once the gate start opens, normal communication is allowed.
- If an athlete is unable to leave the starting point after the signal ends within 40 seconds, the team reserves the right to place them in the last position of the next round (in case there is more than one person, a draw will be used to determine the order).
- The front wheels of the bike must always touch the starting gate 2 points until the signal light is green.
a. The front wheel must always touch the starting gate (Rule No.1) and must always touch the ground of the starting gate (Rule No.2). The front wheels must not back away from the gate. The front wheels must not float off the ground.
b. Do not lift the front wheel across the starting gate.
c. For your own safety, the rear wheel is recommended to touch the ground.
- To prevent cutting in front, swerving, or bumping during the start, tape will be placed on the ground in front of the gate start to create a straight line 3 meters long to divide the lanes for each athlete.
a. Within the 3-meter line, all athletes must ride in their own lane only. If the front wheel crosses out of their lane, it is considered a foul.
b. After passing the 3-meter line, changing lanes is allowed as normal.
c. Changing lanes after passing the 3-meter line, if it causes an accident for a competitor, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a foul.
d. If an athlete rides out of the gate and accidentally loses balance or swerves and steps on the lane divider line, but the wheel does not cross their lane line and does not veer or collide with other athletes, it is not considered a foul.
e. Athlete A, who encroaches into the next lane, causing a collision or bump with athlete B, will have their race results downgraded by 3 positions, and the race results of other athletes will be moved up accordingly. Athlete B's ranking will be based on their actual race results and cannot be changed.
f. Exception: Athlete A, who violates the rules, was pushed by athlete B in the adjacent lane, causing athlete A to make a mistake in controlling the bike, resulting in a rule violation. This includes actions from any lane that affect athlete B as well.
- If a racer hits, kicks or knocks down the cones more than 2 times, whether intentionally or unintentionally, The third time will be considered a foul.
- Colliding during the race on the field, harming fellow athletes on the field, swerving, bumping, or crashing on straightaways and curves, making aggressive gestures such as kicking, pushing, punching, pulling, or deliberately causing a fellow athlete to have an accident is considered a direct foul (downgraded 3 positions without warning).

Penalty
Qualifier, Last Chance, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final Round:
If any athlete violates rules 8, 9, or 10, they will be penalized by a ranking adjustment.
a) First time foul: Downgraded 1 position.
b) Second time foul: Downgraded 2 positions.
c) Third time foul: Downgraded 3 positions.
Final Round:
d) In case of no prior offenses: Downgraded 3 positions.
e) In case of prior offenses: Downgraded to the last position
