Presented to collegiate chapters demonstrating excellence in alumnae programming, communications, and connections.

Chapter applications will be evaluated on successful demonstration of evidence for the following criteria:

• Chapter hosts meaningful events for or involving alumnae
• Chapter appropriately engages and connects with alumnae throughout the year via social media, email, newsletters, mailings, and/or other forms of communication
• Chapter lists appropriate alumnae help and support to aid in chapter success (ie: fundraising efforts, PNM recommendations, recruitment support, philanthropy or service participation, scholarship support, etc.)

Chapters may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

Video

• Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
• Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the chapter, if applicable.
• Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

Written

• Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
• Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
• Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

Applications should address the following:

• Describe all alumnae-related events hosted by your chapter from Fall 2024 through Spring 2026.
• Describe how your chapter engages and connects with alumnae members throughout the year via social media, email, newsletters, mailings, and/or other forms of communication.
• Describe how your chapter has enlisted alumnae help and support to aid in chapter success from Fall 2024 through Spring 2026 (ex: fundraising efforts, PNM recommendations, recruitment support, philanthropy or service participation, scholarship support, etc.)
