  • Collegiate Chapter Innovation Excellence Award

  • Presented to collegiate chapters demonstrating innovative solutions to chapter or Panhellenic community opportunities or challenges, and successfully executing initiatives for positive outcomes or improvement.

    Chapter applications will be evaluated on successful demonstration of evidence for the following criteria:

    • Clear identification of an opportunity or challenge related to one or more of the following:
      • Inclusive and welcoming member experience
      • Improving member engagement through an enhanced member experience
      • Supporting Sisters in financial need
      • Supporting Sisters with mental health challenges
      • A critical gap in members' knowledge, attitudes, or behaviors around a Sorority expectation
      • Feedback received from campus administrators and/or the National organization for an area of chapter improvement
      • A Panhellenic community need or issue
    • Development and implementation of an appropriate and innovative solution to address the identified opportunity or challenge
    • Positive outcomes or improvement as a result of the implemented solution
    • Development of strategies to sustain the positive outcomes or improvement
      Provided strategies for sustaining the positive outcomes or improvement

  • Chapters may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

    Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

    Video

    • Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
    • Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the chapter, if applicable.
    • Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

    Written

    • Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
    • Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
    • Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

    Applications should address the following:

    • Clearly describe the opportunity or challenge addressed by the chapter
    • Describe the solution or approach the chapter used to address the opportunity or challenge
    • Describe the outcomes or improvements that resulted from the solution or approach
    • Describe strategies the chapter has used to help sustain the positive outcomes or improvement
