AGREEMENT
The undersigned Company hereby agrees either: (a) to assign its bargaining authority (BA) exclusively to Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin(AGC) to represent, negotiate, and bind it unequivocally to the marked Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) (CBAs) as negotiated by AGC including amendments and renewals. This assignment will enable AGC’s negotiations committee to represent industry issues unitedly and help manage mid-contract issues. The assignment remains in effect until revoked in writing at any time, except less than 90 days before expiration (or renewed expiration) of the respective CBA. Or, (b) to be bound as a signatory (TBB) to the marked CBA(s), and Company will comply with the CBA(s) and be wholly and independently responsible to manage its signatory status including termination, renewal, and amendment. TBB companies will still be expected to participate in the contractors’ collective bargaining committee and process.
