Chapters may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.
Please note the following requirements for each type of application:
Video
- Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
- Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the chapter, if applicable.
- Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation
Written
- Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
- Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
- Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.
Applications should describe your chapter's:
- Use of individual Academic Improvement Plans to support members on academic risk and probation
- Use of innovative strategies and programs for supporting individual and chapter academic success
- Use of campus personnel or resources to support academic success
- Efforts to incentivize, recognize, and celebrate academic achievement
In addition, the chapter must have submitted the Scholarship Reporting Forms for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Fall 2025 in Officer Portal to be eligible.
