  • Alumnae Group Programming Excellence Award

  • The Alumnae Programming Excellence Award is presented to alumnae chapters and associations cultivating an exceptional member experience through fun and innovative programs, events, and activities.

    Applications will be evaluated on successful demonstration of evidence for the following criteria:

    • Chapter/association hosts a variety of innovative and interesting activities,events, and programs
    • Chapter/association demonstrates evidence of cultivating a welcoming environment for members of all ages
    • Chapter/association hosts a Founders Day event annually
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Groups may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

    Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

    Video

    • Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
    • Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the group, if applicable.
    • Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

    Written

    • Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
    • Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
    • Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

    Applications should address the following:

    • Describe all events and activities hosted by the group for members between July 2024 and May 2026, including any Founders Day celebrations. For each activity, please provide the date the event was hosted.
    • Describe any efforts the group has taken to create and support a welcoming environment for members of all ages.
